        • Will I have to pay duties or tax on receipt of goods?
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
          • Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Because it’s always summer somewhere!
            • What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
We hope this won’t happen but please contact us should there be a problem and we’ll try our best to accommodate.
              • The item doesn’t look identical to the pictures online?
All products are handmade so there is naturally going to be variations with colours, stitches and sizes. This makes each item ‘unique’ and we think that’s the charm of our brand.
Please also note, that looking at an item indoors in winter and outdoors in the bright tropical sunshine is completely different. Also, the screen that you look at our products on may not be a true representation of the colours of our products in real life.
                • What is your return policy?
As part of the profits some each sale goes to charity we unfortunately don’t accept returns so please be sure you want to purchase the item before doing so.
However, if you think there is a problem with the item (which we really hope there won’t) please get in touch and we will accommodate.
We will only accept exchange under exceptional circumstances - the items will have to be unworn, still tagged and returned within 10 days of delivery.
                  Exchanges are subject to availability.
                • What charity do you donate to?
10% of the profits made from each sale is donated to charity. We support independent Mauritian based charities and each year we choose a different one. Follow our Instagram page (@soleilbazaar) and our blog for updates.
