Returns and Exchange

As part of the proceeds to go charities all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
However if you are unhappy with an item, if you believe it is defective or damaged, please do reach out to info@soleilbazaar.com and we will be happy to look into exchanging it or accommodate.
Our policy lasts 28 days from the date of purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting the Soleil Bazaar team first.
If you are UK based, we will cover the shipping cost for the item you are exchanging.
If you are based outside the UK you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
